Better PDF has no sign-in. Your key and its Macs are kept with your order at Polar, and the app manages them for you.
Free a Mac
On that Mac, open Better PDF › Settings › Licence and choose Deactivate this Mac…. One key activates on one Mac, one iPhone and one iPad.
The Mac is gone or broken? Open the Polar purchase page linked from your receipt email to remove it, or write to hello@evenpine.com and we will free it.
Invoices and refunds
The receipt email from Polar is your invoice. For a refund within 14 days, reply to it or write to us. Support
Find your key.
Enter the email you bought with. The key is also in the receipt email from Polar.
If that email bought Better PDF Pro, the key is on its way.
It is also in the receipt email from Polar, sent when you paid to : search your inbox and spam for “Polar”. That email links to your Polar purchase page, where the key is always shown.
Lost access to that address? Email hello@evenpine.com with the name on the order and roughly when you bought.
